If you wish to cancel or change an order that has not yet shipped, please call 914-747-1040 or email info@islandimportinc.com . We will attempt to accommodate your request. Once an order reaches fulfillment and is processed for shipping we cannot cancel or make changes. In this case, please read our return policy.


Island Imports, Inc. accepts the following methods of payment: Discover, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.


WHOLESALE: Island Imports, Inc. ships via UPS Ground, 3 day Select, 2 Day Select and Next Day Air. Shipping charges start at $8.95. UPS Ground may take up to 7-10 business days so please consider selecting an expedited service if you need your order sooner. Island Imports, Inc. is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments. We cannot ship to a PO Box.
RETAIL: Your package will be shipped UPS ground, unless otherwise noted in the 'special instructions' box at checkout. If your order exceeds $75, we'll cover domestic ground shipping charges.


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Island Imports Inc purchase, you may return it for a complete refund (less shipping costs) within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. A credit will be issued for items returned after 30 days (cost of goods less shipping), which can be applied toward a future purchase.
Damaged or defective goods will be replaced at no additional charge to the customer. Damages deemed above and beyond normal wear and tear will not be replaced.
If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate on your original invoice and include in your return and a Customer Service representative will contact you directly.
We do not accept the return of items purchased directly from a retail location or other websites. Items purchased on our website may not be returned to any retail location.
Items should be returned in their original packaging, padded envelope or box and sent via a traceable carrier such as UPS or USPS. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Island Imports Inc is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.


Please include the original invoice with your return and the order number must be noted on the outside of the package. Please allow 2 weeks for processing returns.
